Tips for planning your pregnancy - A checklist of pregnancy

To make the best possible start pregnancy, it is wise to come. Ideally, you and your husband should plan the pregnancy at least three months before you imagine. Here is a series of things that need to ask you better plan your pregnancy.

Are you on the pill?

It is better not take the pill before you design. This leads to the time in your body to return to its normal cycle. Be patient wait, and a little for periods prior to menstruation to try to become pregnant.

What's your weight?

Your weight is normal for your size for at least six months prior to conception. They should your doctor to the normal weight if you have more weight or insufficient weight reduction.

Do you have a healthy way of life?

You have more opportunities to the development and a healthy baby, if you have a healthy diet. So, you should get a healthy diet with lots of fresh food and lots of exercise. If you smoke or drink, you must also quit smoking and drinking immediately.

Are you in a safe environment?

If you or your husband has a job, in working with chemicals, anesthetics, lead, or the X-rays, May influence your chances, or poses risks for the baby. They should be your doctor and on the move to a safe working environment.

Do you have health?

You must tell your doctor if you have medical disorders such as high blood pressure, epilepsy or diabetes.

Are you or your spouse have in the family history of hereditary disease?

Several medical conditions are hereditary. In order to name a few, are diabetes, high blood pressure and hemophilia. If you or your husband has a close family with a hereditary disease, there is a chance that your baby May inherit this disease. Also, ask your physician for the risk.
